Essential Qualification and Experience:
- The candidate must be a Law Graduate with a bachelor's degree in law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any recognized School/College/University/Institution in India, acknowledged by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- Candidates in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream are also eligible, provided they can demonstrate proof of acquiring a Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.
- Research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and computer knowledge, including retrieving information from search engines such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc., are essential.
